Gym rules...

I'm sure we have all had those days when you just want to beat someone(s) by the time you finish your work out. So I have decided to post some rules to follow at the gym, all based on my experiences this morning.

1. If you are double the age of the person you are talking to, do not tell them it will be more work to loose weight because they aren't as young as they used to be. (really lady!!! why don't you just concentrate on not breaking a hip)
2. If you are bigger than the person next to you, do not give them cardio advise. (from the looks of it, it didn't work so well for you)
3. If you are smaller than the person next to you , just don't talk. (it makes us want to cram a twinkie in your mounth.)
4. 5 am is not, I repeat, is not social hour. (quit talking and get off my machine)
5. If you decide to not bust it hard that is your choice, but don't tell me to watch that I don't push myself too hard. (if I want to leave wheezing like a pig, and looking like I've been sitting in a sauna thats my business, back off)


I hope that you have all learned a little something thru this post- and I mean more than just that I am way crabby at 5am.
And if I have offended anyone- then re read this, because some day someone may be waiting for you outside the gym!!!
